A. Email forwarding is used to send a copy of all your incoming mails to your another mail client like yahoo,hotmail,msn,etc. Domain forwarding is used to forward your one domain to other. For eg, when somebody type www.first-domain.com. it will be redirected to your another domain like www.second-domain.com
Q. How can i upload my files to the server?
A. We recommend SMART FTP to upload files to the server. Download it from HERE. You can also upload files manually by going to File Manager in the control panel. With Smart FTP, you just have to drag & drop your files and with File manager, you have to upload your all files manually.
Q. i have uploaded my files but my site is still not showing my pages?
A. Make sure you are uploading your files to the right web directory which is the WWW or public_html folder. And make sure sure you named your homepage as index.html or index.htm
Q. i have downloaded Smart FTP, help me to configure it
A. Go to File ---> Remote browser ---> put the Server IP, your username & password. now drag & drop files from your local browser to remote browser.
